This course will both explain the theoretical framework of project management (such as starting a project, e.g.: your Matura ball, problem solving, coordinating, motivating a team etc.), as well as give you the opportunity to do your own practical work-like planning and carrying out a real project such as the graduation ceremony for our year 8 students..
