This course aims at providing a connection between language and cultural heritage through the exploration of classical and modern art. Designed to strengthen vocabulary and grammar, the curriculum focuses on the translation and analysis of Latin texts and on comparing them to artworks inspired by Roman and Greek history. Students will engage in hands-on learning experiences, including visits to local museums, participation in a "Latein auf Stein" workshop, and a potential day trip to Vienna’s Museum of Fine Arts (KHM) highlighting themes from Ovid’s Metamorphoses.
