Project Management: How to plan a project
Would you like to know how today’s business world works as well as how to be successful in delivering results on time and within the budget you have?
This course will both explain the theoretical framework of project management (such as starting a project, e.g.: your Matura ball, problem solving, coordinating, motivating a team etc.), as well as give you the opportunity to do your own practical work-like planning and carrying out a real project such as the graduation ceremony for our year 8 students.
