Do you wish you had more energy for the things you love? Do you wish you were fitter or could get these nagging sweet cravings under control?
In this course you’ll learn to make step-by-step changes to your food and lifestyle, so that you can permanently reach your health-related goals. Many of us define health only by nutrition and physical activity. But health is much more complex. So be ready to:
• Learn to read food labels and make sound nutritional choices
• Learn the basics of healthy cooking
• Reduce stress through better time management and prioritizing
• Find a sleeping routine that fits your life
• Learn to unwind with Tai Chi or Yoga
• Find a physical activity that you love
• Feel more energized every day
• Find the tools and techniques that enhance your bio individual well-being
In addition to imparting basic knowledge about health, there will be plenty of room to address personal concerns and questions. You will also get the chance to learn more about yourself, and what you really need to lead a healthy, fulfilling life.
